The Brick Apartment by Omen Hospitality Collection is a brand new flat renovated in June 2024. It is located on the basement floor of an elegant building in Rome’s Prati district and is only 600 meters from Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso. The nearest metro stop is 350 meters away. The flat accommodates up to 6 people in two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room, and has air conditioning in every room.
THE APARTMENT:
The Brick Apartment is a flat that was completely renovated in early 2024.
We are located on the basement floor of a stately building dating back to the early 1900s close to the Tiber river and 400 meters away from Piazza del Popolo and Via de Corso, which are the real center of Rome. The Lepanto metro station is 350 meters from the house, making all kinds of travel very convenient.
The space is designed to comfortably accommodate 4/6 people. There are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with very large and comfortable showers and a living room with a kitchen equipped with every cooking accessory and a Nespresso coffee machine.
All rooms are air-conditioned even though the flat is very cool during the summer and stays very warm during the winter due to its location on the basement floor.
The living room has a very comfortable double sofa bed with a mattress height of 17cm and dimensions of 195×160, like a large double bed.
The double bedrooms are very comfortable with our 195x160cm sized beds and 17cm high mattress of excellent quality, in the bedroom you will find smart tv and usb and usb-c wall sockets. The flat is equipped with a very fast fiber optic WiFI connection.
THE LOCATION:
The Brick Apartment is located in the Prati neighborhood, a very elegant and historical Roman district bordering the city center and the Vatican. The neighborhood is very lively and crowded during the day, where people move among the many clothes shops, cafés and restaurants of all kinds, but very quiet in the evening where the restaurants stay open until late. Prati is also a very popular district for shopping, as you will find many shops selling Italian products.
The Prati district is at the same time a cradle of Italian art located on the western bank of the Tiber, it is an elegant Art Nouveau area around Via Cola di Rienzo and its luxurious boutiques. In the evening, the streets are very busy with open-air wine bars, elegant cocktail bars and gourmet restaurants. The Teatro Adriano, which screens major titles, is located close to Castel Sant’Angelo, a circular fortress from the 2nd century that offers panoramic view of the Vatican City.
