Japandì, recently renovated, is located in a building dating back to the 1700s in an elegant, quiet and peaceful neighborhood a stone’s throw from the center of Rome. The flat has a private entrance, a large living room with open kitchen and two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The ‘Policlinico’ metro stop is only 250 meters away, allowing guests to reach the historic center in 10 minutes.
LOCATION:
The luxurious and residential Nomentano district is built around the neoclassical Villa Torlonia, with an English-style park and museums including the sought-after Casina delle Civette, dating back to 1840. In addition to embassies and international schools, pastry shops, family pizzerias and grocery shops selling organic products are concentrated near Piazza Bologna. Around the University of Rome La Sapienza there are numerous bars and informal cafés. It is a quiet neighborhood bordering the historical center of the capital.
THE APARTMENT:
Flat furnished in the ‘JAPANDI’ style that combines Nordic minimalism with the Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi. It is therefore not just a simple way of furnishing a home, but a real approach to the way one lives one’s surroundings and, in a broader sense, one’s life.
There are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom accessed directly from the room. In the bedrooms you will find a set with beauty and personal care products, the bathrooms are equipped and Omen Hospitality provides shampoo, conditioner and bubble bath. You will find slippers and a toothbrush. Both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted Smart TVs.
The living room consists of a kitchen area that opens onto a large space with a sofa and dining table. The sofa, which can easily be converted into a bed, can comfortably accommodate two people.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and oven all the necessary utensils for preparing meals.
